Favorite Friday- confessions

Hi there & happy Friday to you! Today I wanted to do a little Confession Friday like my blog friend Meagan. I love her blog because she's so real & says it like it is. I haven't been able to leave her comments lately (or many blogspot blogs for that matter) due to technical issues. So I thought I'd do a few confessions of my own since that's one of my favorite blog reads of the week. So let's begin..

(sorry in advance for the poor quality iphone pics) I confess that my empire (craft room) is a huge mess! I think this little glimpse speaks for itself.
I confess that I bought this jacket 2 weeks ago. Yes, a jacket in June. I have a thing for jackets & coats, what can I say? It was only $20 (!!!) & I think it will be perfect for early fall/early spring.

I also confess that for the past 2+ months I haven't been putting the laundry away. This is quite embarrassing to put into writing! When the clothes are done drying, I simply put mine on top of the washer, the husband's on top of the dryer, creating 2 massive mountains of clothes. I feel okay telling you this because last night we finally sat down & folded/hung all the clothes & put them in the closets where they belong. This is a cycle that builds up after time, so I give it another month or two & the mountains will probably be piling up again :/ The only good thing about this method is there are never more than 2 loads of laundry to be done at any given time. How much laundry would you do if you didn't have to put it away?

I confess that I have 7 of the same shirt. The yellow & pink are solid, not striped like the others, but they are the same brand/style. I confess I got these at Wal-Mart for $4 each. Hey, if you like it & it works, why not? I also confess that the high school me would have never bought a shirt at Wal-Mart. I don't usually shop there for clothes, but these looked cute & for that price I couldn't pass 'em up- next thing I knew I had 7!

And lastly, I confess that I've been wearing these Under Armour sweat pants when I get home from work like they are going out of style. Super comfortable & they are a size small.. before these I didn't have any sweat pants in a small!

Well, I'm off to get some work done. This is going to be a 3 day weekend *yay* so of course my fingers are crossed that the boss lets us leave a little early today. We have some fun things planned for our time off & I'll be sharing those with you next week :)
